She is not the first Igorota to graduate in Philippine Airforce Military Training class and 1st Philippine Female Airforce Pilot. Ms. Amorelle Lamsis Macay from Bokod, Benguet was a pioneer who was a PMA graduate in the 90's and became one of the first female pilot of the Philippine Airforce. Now she is a Captain pilot of Philippine Airlines. Don't just take my word for it. Everybody is welcome to do their own research.
Congratulations, madam. It's me, from Ifugao.
Along with Captain Amorelle Lamsis Mackay, now Martinez (from Baguio City, who graduated in 2000) another Igorota who graduated from Philippine Air Force Flying School is the Ltc. Faye Agcon Gomez, now Micor, she graduated in the year 2002 or 2003 and went on to fly the PAF's N-22 or the Nomad. Ltc Gomez-Micor was from Acop, Tublay, Benguet. Kudos to them, including Lt. Alangui.
