Cordillera - The Top 10 Outstanding Student of the Philippines (TOSP) Foundation has announced the named its 30 finalist for this year's commendation and formation program, among them are six (6) students from the Cordilleran Administrative Region (CAR).
The six Cordillerans include Joven Wadwachan of Baguio Central University (BCU), Alladin Bañez of Benguet State University (BSU), Denmark Butic of Ifugao State University (IFSU), Edgar Christian Dirige of Saint Louis University (SLU), Austin Miguelle Ogad of Saint Louis University (SLU), and Von Ameri Escobar from Abra State Institute of Sciences and Technology.

The TOSP finalists were recognized for their excellent academic performance and remarkable role in nation-building amid the challenges brought by the pandemic.

They were gathered for a three-day virtual program to strengthens their character as an individuals, develop and improve their values to become good leaders in the community, and reinforce their belief in themselves and their countrymen.
