Tokwifi is a story of a 1950 mestiza star who was trapped inside a television that fell from the sky, dreaming romantic romp with a Bontoc Igorot man who does not know how to kiss.
Director Ocampo said that she wanted to reflect her insecurities being an outsider and becoming a part of the Bontoc community.
The country's biggest indie film recognition was conferred virtually and here a some of the short films that won award.

Best Screenplay: "Pabasa Kan Pasyon" by Huber Tibi
Special Jury Prize: "Ang Pagkalma sa Unos (To Calm the Pig Inside)" by Joana Vasquez Arong
NETPAC Jury Prize: "Tokwifi" by Carla Pulido Ocampo
Best Direction: "Living Things" by Martika Ramirez Escobar
Best Film: Tofwifi" by Carlo Pulido Ocampo.
