Igorot Kelly knocks out Cambodian Meul in 21 seconds: records fastest TKO in ONE Championship

Cordillera - When Igorot fighter Edward Kelly faced Cambodian fighter Meas Meul in 2018, it was the former that declared the winner just after 21 seconds. 

It was a big mistake for the Cambodian fighter to go toe to toe with the "Ferocious" Igorot resulting in a brutal technical knockout that sent him flat on the canvas.
