“I never thought pageantry and modeling would become part of my legacy,” Tido shared. “I used to be the guy who kept a small circle of friends, trained hard, and got my face pummeled during practice. But God’s plans are truly majestic, aligning everything for a greater purpose.”

Guided by his personal motto, “No risk, no story,” Tido took a leap of faith, stepping into the world of pageantry despite the challenges. “I risked my time and efforts, knowing that whether I won or lost, I’d have a great story to share,” he said.

“I turned my sorrows into a drive to succeed,” Tido said. “I wanted to be an example to others, showing them that they, too, can overcome challenges and leave a meaningful legacy.”

Now, as Mr. Benguet 2024, Tido aims to use his platform to bring unity and pride to his province. “This title is not just about representing Buguias,” he emphasized. “It’s about serving the entire province of Benguet. We are all part of one Igorot tribe, and through this role, I hope to strengthen our bond and uplift our community.”
