Cordillera - A proud Cordilleran from Abra province is a member of the United States Marine Corps. 

Isaac Isaiah Millare Kear who hails from Bangued, Abra has been serving the United States of America for 5 years now.

Kear is a US Marine Corps Sergeant E-5 and an H-1 Aviation Electronics Technical Instructor of the US Marine Corps.
