65-year-old Lola gets brand new fully-furnished house from generous Benguet cops

Cordillera - As part of the project: “Handog Pabahay ng Benguet PPO,” police officers of Benguet 2nd PMFC under the leadership of PLTCOL BENSON B MACLI-ING, Force Commander officially turned over a fully furnished house with public comfort room to Lola Carmelita in Sitio Bongog, Basil, Tublay, Benguet.

Our chosen beneficiary for the project is Ms. Carmelita Pucay, 65 years old, born deaf and mute. 

She was not able to go to school because of her disability and was not able to seek any medical attention.  

Lola Carmelita is unable to work to support his daily needs in life that's why she depends on his brother Mang Lando and other relatives.

From the voluntary contributions of Benguet 2nd PMFC personnel, together with the donations from stakeholders and other generous individuals, they were able to start the construction of the house last September 13, 2021.

Benguet 2nd PMFC personnel together with the relatives and families of the recipient worked hand in hand in the construction.

After a month of working together, they successfully finished building the house with public comfort room. The public comfort room will be used by residents of the said place.

On October 22, 2021, Benguet Second PMFC officially gave the newly constructed house to Lola Carmelita in a simple Turnover and House Blessing ceremony.

The estimated worth of “PABAHAY PROJECT” is PHP 300, 000.00.

“Handog Pabahay ng Benguet PPO” is a project initiated by Benguet cops that aims to uplift the life of chosen beneficiaries.
