Igorot Wushu champ clinched Gold Medal at 2021 Asian Traditional Wushu Online Competition

Cordillera - 2019 SEA Games Silver Medalist Jones Inso won the gold medal in Taiji Weapon and silver medal on Tai Ji Quan during the 2021 Asian Tradition Wushu Online Competition held on August 15 to October 4, 2021.

Also wining medals in the competition is Seasoned Asian and Southeast Asian campaigner Daniel Parantac of Baguio City. Parantac won 2 silver medals in Tai Ji Quan and Taiji Weapon.

Meanwhile, Filipina Wushu veteran Agatha Wong clinched to gold medals in Tai Ji Quan and Taiji Weapon.

Overall, the Philippine Wushu Federation ranked 4th place with 6 gold and 6 silver medals during the said Wushu Competition held virtually.

The 2021 Asian Traditional Wushu Competition was the first online wushu competition in the Asia region participated by different Wushu organizations in Asia including China, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, etc.

Jones Inso from La Trinidad, Benguet clinched silver in Wushu at 2019 SEA Games

Cordillera - The Philippines bags another silver medal today in the 30th Southeast Asian Games. 

Jones Inso from La Trinidad, Benguet won silver in the Men's Taijijian event at the World Trade Center with a tallied score of 9. 65. 

Inso took home the 14th Silver medal for the Philippines as today December 2, 2019.

He is behind Loh Choon How of Malaysia who bags the gold medal with score of 9.68. 

The bronze medal was captured by Brunei's Zheng Yu Hosea Wong with a score of 9. 60.
